Job Description

As a FedEx Freight Operations Aide, you will play a crucial support role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of our freight operations. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to contribute from anywhere in the USA. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative and operational tasks, providing essential assistance to our operations teams. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records related to freight movements, shipments, and customer information.

  • Generate basic reports on operational metrics and assist in data analysis as needed.
