Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Virtual Sales Lead Auditor with a strong focus on Professional Services to join our dynamic global team. This is a 100% remote position. In this critical role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive audits of sales processes, strategies, and outcomes specifically within our professional services division. Your expertise will help identify areas for improvement, ensure compliance with best practices, and optimize our sales funnel to drive greater efficiency and revenue growth. You will collaborate with sales leaders, project managers, and various stakeholders to understand current processes, analyze data, and provide actionable recommendations. This role requires a keen analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the professional services sales landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth virtual audits of existing sales processes, methodologies, and performance metrics within the professional services sector.
- Analyze sales data, CRM records, and pipeline activity to identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for optimization.
- Develop and implement audit frameworks and checklists tailored for professional services sales.
- Collaborate with sales teams, leadership, and project managers to gather insights and validate audit findings.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings, along with data-backed recommendations, to senior management.
- Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and follow up on audit recommendations to ensure sustained improvements.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices in professional services sales and auditing.
- Provide guidance and training to sales teams on compliance standards and optimized sales workflows.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales operations, sales auditing, or a related analytical role within professional services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex sales data.
- Proven ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and data analysis tools.
- Solid understanding of professional services sales cycles, methodologies, and common challenges.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Certification in Sales Operations, Audit, or Project Management (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP).
- Experience with global professional services organizations.
- Familiarity with cloud-based professional services automation (PSA) tools.
