Job Description
Are you passionate about food, people, and creating memorable experiences? Nando’s in Newcastle upon Tyne is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Crew Members to join our vibrant team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking for ongoing work with the added benefit of weekly payouts. You’ll be at the heart of our restaurant, ensuring every guest has a fantastic experience while contributing to a positive and energetic workplace. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Take customer orders accurately, process payments, and operate the till system.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to Nando's standards and recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.
- Handle food safely, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Assist with stock rotation, inventory checks, and unpacking deliveries.
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve minor issues with professionalism.
- Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive working environment.
- Understand and communicate Nando's menu and promotions to customers.
