Job Description

Target is seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals for our Student Warehouse Job. This entry-level position is perfect for those who are eager to learn and contribute to our fast-paced operations. No prior forklift license or extensive warehouse experience is required – we provide comprehensive training! You’ll be an essential part of our team, helping us efficiently process and move merchandise to support our retail operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the unloading, sorting, and stocking of incoming merchandise.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas.
- Accurately pick and pack items for outbound shipments.
- Perform general warehouse duties, including cleaning and maintaining a safe work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other non-motorized equipment as needed.
- Assist in preparing merchandise for store delivery.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a high school or post-secondary education program.
- Prior experience in a retail or warehouse setting (not required, but a plus).
