Job Description
Join Columbia Sportswear Company in Eugene, OR for an exciting 3-month summer contract! This is a fantastic opportunity for students looking to gain practical experience in a dynamic corporate environment. Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, scheduling, and document preparation.
- Assist with research and analysis for ongoing projects, compiling reports and presentations.
- Support team members with day-to-day operational tasks and special assignments.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental and company objectives.
Required Skills
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with project coordination or administrative support in an academic or professional setting.
