Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct discreet visits to assigned businesses in the Virginia Beach area.
  • Objectively observe and evaluate customer service, store cleanliness, product availability, staff helpfulness, and adherence to company standards.

  • Accurately complete detailed online reports summarizing your observations and experiences within a specified timeframe.
