Key Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, and place incoming products accurately onto shelves.
- Pick products from shelves based on customer orders.
- Pack and label customer orders for shipment.
- Load and unload packages from trucks and conveyors.
- Operate manual and powered equipment (pallet jacks, dollies) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity targets.
Required Skills
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items up to 49 pounds for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and data entry.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
- Excellent work ethic and a positive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or similar logistics environment.
- Experience using RF scanners or other warehouse technology.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
