Job Description
As a Business Support Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training designed to equip you with the essential skills and knowledge required for a successful career in corporate operations. You will support various departments, assist with daily administrative tasks, learn about data management, internal communications, and operational workflows. This role offers a unique opportunity to understand the intricacies of a global business, apply theoretical knowledge in practical scenarios, and contribute to the efficiency of our operations. Mentorship and structured learning paths will be provided to ensure your continuous development. This position is based on-site in our Denver office.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with administrative duties such as scheduling, document preparation, and record-keeping.
- Support various business units by performing data entry, analysis, and report generation.
- Learn and apply corporate standards and best practices for operational efficiency.
- Participate in cross-functional projects, contributing to team goals and objectives.
- Help organize and maintain digital and physical files, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.

- Develop proficiency in office software and internal systems relevant to business operations.
- Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and streamline workflows.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
