Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome clients as they arrive, providing an excellent first impression.
  • Efficiently manage the appointment book, scheduling and confirming client appointments.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about salon services and products.
  • Process payments accurately using the salon's point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and waiting room.
  • Assist stylists and other staff members as needed to ensure smooth salon operations.
  • Promote salon products and services to clients.
  • Handle client feedback and resolve minor issues professionally and courteously.
  • Manage inventory of retail products and salon supplies, notifying management of low stock.
