Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome clients as they arrive, providing an excellent first impression.
- Efficiently manage the appointment book, scheduling and confirming client appointments.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about salon services and products.
- Process payments accurately using the salon's point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and waiting room.
- Assist stylists and other staff members as needed to ensure smooth salon operations.
- Promote salon products and services to clients.
- Handle client feedback and resolve minor issues professionally and courteously.
- Manage inventory of retail products and salon supplies, notifying management of low stock.
