Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Actively participate in all aspects of the CDL-A Refresher Course, including classroom and behind-the-wheel training.
- Demonstrate proficiency in pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections.
- Adhere to all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and company safety policies.
- Operate commercial motor vehicles safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Maintain accurate logs and records as required by DOT and company policy.
- Successfully complete all required assessments and practical driving tests.
- Communicate effectively with instructors, dispatch, and other team members.
Required Skills
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen.
- Clean driving record.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Class A CDL driver (even if lapsed).
- Familiarity with electronic logging devices (ELDs).
- Experience with various types of freight and equipment.
