Key Responsibilities
- Greeting clients warmly and ensuring a comfortable salon experience.
- Performing professional shampooing and conditioning treatments.
- Assisting stylists with blowouts, ensuring hair is prepped perfectly for cutting or styling.
- Maintaining salon cleanliness and organization, including sweeping, sanitizing stations, and laundry.
- Restocking products and supplies as needed.
- Preparing clients for services by caping them and escorting them to styling chairs.
- Providing general support to stylists to ensure smooth salon operations.
- Learning and adhering to salon safety and sanitation protocols.
- Assisting with front desk duties and appointment scheduling when necessary.
