Job Description
Are you passionate about customer service and keen to provide valuable feedback that shapes the retail landscape? NielsenIQ is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Retail Experience Raters. In this dynamic part-time role, you will visit various retail locations to objectively assess the overall customer experience, store environment, and service quality. This role requires high energy, exceptional observational skills, and a commitment to providing accurate, unbiased feedback. A travel stipend will be provided to cover your assignment-related expenses.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct discreet visits to assigned retail stores, evaluating predefined criteria related to customer service, store cleanliness, product availability, merchandising, and overall shopping experience.
- Interact with store staff as a typical customer, observing and documenting the quality of service provided.
- Complete detailed, accurate, and timely online reports and surveys based on observations and experiences from each visit.
- Adhere strictly to project guidelines, instructions, and ethical standards, maintaining confidentiality of all findings.
- Manage scheduling of assignments efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Provide constructive and objective feedback to help retailers enhance their customer experience.
Required Skills
- Excellent observational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to follow complex instructions accurately and consistently.
- Strong written communication skills for clear and concise reporting.
- Reliable transportation and a willingness to travel to various retail locations within the designated area.
- Basic proficiency with computers and mobile devices for online reporting.
