Job Description
We are seeking a highly creative and empathetic Online Motivation Scribe to join our dynamic content and coaching team. This unique role combines exceptional writing skills with a deep understanding of motivational psychology and coaching principles. As an Online Motivation Scribe, you will be responsible for crafting compelling, insightful, and actionable content that inspires our audience to achieve personal and professional breakthroughs. You will also contribute to the development of coaching materials and potentially engage in direct, light-touch coaching interactions, supporting our mission to empower individuals globally. This hybrid role requires a presence at our Wesley Chapel office with flexibility for remote work.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, write, and edit engaging motivational content, including articles, blog posts, scripts for online courses, social media content, and digital guides.
- Translate complex coaching methodologies and motivational concepts into clear, concise, and inspiring language accessible to a broad audience.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, coaches, and instructional designers to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and impact.
- Contribute to the creation of coaching frameworks, tools, and exercises that complement our online programs.
- Conduct research on current trends in motivation, personal development, and coaching to inform content strategy.
- Participate in content strategy meetings, bringing innovative ideas for engaging our audience and supporting their growth journeys.
- Provide constructive feedback and edits on peers' content to maintain high editorial standards.
Required Skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (US English).
- Proven experience in content creation, copywriting, or technical writing, particularly in personal development, coaching, or self-help.
- Strong understanding of motivational psychology, adult learning principles, and coaching methodologies.
- Ability to craft compelling narratives and actionable advice.
- Proficiency with content management systems and digital publishing tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Certification or formal training in coaching (e.g., ICF certification).
- Experience with SEO best practices for content optimization.
- Familiarity with various digital learning platforms and formats.
- A portfolio showcasing motivational or personal development content.
