Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Remote Scheduling Assistant with a strong focus on appointment setting to join our customer engagement team. This is a 100% remote position. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively contacting potential clients, understanding their needs, and efficiently scheduling appointments for our sales and service specialists. Your exceptional communication skills and attention to detail will be key to ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our customers from their very first interaction with Verizon.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to generate interest and qualify leads.
  • Efficiently schedule appointments, demonstrations, or consultations for sales and service teams using our CRM system.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and scheduling activities.
  • Follow up on pending appointments and provide reminders to ensure high attendance rates.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and service teams to optimize scheduling efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Adhere to communication scripts and company guidelines for all interactions.
  • Provide excellent customer service during all client engagements.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support team objectives.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a customer service, administrative, or call center environment, with a focus on outbound calls or scheduling.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and scheduling tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in appointment setting or lead generation.
  • Familiarity with telecommunications products and services.
  • Associate's degree or some college coursework.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.
