Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Perform basic automotive services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks, under supervision.
- Assist technicians with more complex vehicle maintenance tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including bays and tools.
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with service check-in and vehicle intake procedures.
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle customer transactions accurately.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Continuously learn and apply new technical knowledge and skills through provided training.
- Inspect vehicles for visible issues and recommend additional services as appropriate.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license (preferred, but not strictly required for all duties).
- Eagerness to learn and develop automotive technical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance (e.g., personal car maintenance).
- ASE certifications (entry-level or student status).
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
