Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our remote team as a Remote Content Operations Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the seamless delivery of Netflix’s vast content library to our global audience. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of metadata, managing content assets, and supporting various content-related processes. This role requires a strong eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment. Key Responsibilities
- Perform quality control checks on content metadata (titles, descriptions, genres, etc.) to ensure accuracy and consistency across platforms.
- Manage and organize digital content assets, including images, trailers, and promotional materials, within our internal systems.
- Collaborate with content partners, internal teams, and vendors to resolve content-related issues and ensure timely content delivery.
- Utilize proprietary tools and dashboards to monitor content performance and identify potential areas for improvement.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of content operational workflows and best practices.
- Provide prompt and professional support for content-related inquiries from internal stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in using content management systems or similar database tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote team setting.
- Basic understanding of digital media formats and content delivery processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Media Studies, Communications, Library Science, or a related field.
- Previous experience in content operations, data entry, or quality assurance, preferably in the entertainment or tech industry.
- Familiarity with Netflix's content catalog and streaming services.
