Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product inquiries, locating items, and providing general support.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of store aisles, checkout areas, and service counters.
- Replenish shelves, ensure proper stock rotation, and assist with inventory management.
- Support fresh food departments by helping with preparation, display, and waste management.
- Operate till systems accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card transactions.
- Assist with goods-in procedures, ensuring deliveries are processed and stored correctly.
- Provide support to colleagues in various departments as needed, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards and procedures.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve minor issues professionally, escalating when necessary.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role.
- Familiarity with till operations and cash handling.
- Food hygiene certificate (Level 1 or 2).
