Job Description
Join Concentrix as a Pinterest Support Specialist and become an integral part of our dynamic team, providing exceptional customer service through 100% written communication. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while supporting Pinterest users across the globe. You’ll be responsible for resolving inquiries, providing guidance, and ensuring a positive user experience on one of the world’s most inspiring visual discovery platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to user inquiries and support requests via email, chat, and other written channels, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of issues related to Pinterest accounts, features, policies, and technical difficulties.
- Educate users on Pinterest best practices, community guidelines, and platform functionalities.
- Document all interactions and solutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and provide comprehensive feedback on user trends.
- Stay updated on new Pinterest features, policies, and product changes to provide informed support.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and meet performance targets for quality and efficiency.
Required Skills
- Exceptional written communication skills, with perfect grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Proven ability to empathize with users and provide clear, concise, and helpful responses.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other communication tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly Pinterest.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Previous experience in a customer support role, especially with written-only support.
