Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Pilates Studio Host to join our vibrant team at Club Pilates Temecula. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for fitness and a desire to provide exceptional service in a modern, boutique setting. As the first point of contact for our members and prospective clients, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, managing studio operations, and ensuring a seamless experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet all members, prospective clients, and visitors, creating a positive first impression.
- Manage the studio's daily schedule, including booking, checking in, and assisting clients with class reservations.
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Process sales for memberships, class packages, and retail merchandise.
- Provide comprehensive information about Club Pilates offerings, promotions, and membership options.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting studio environment, including reception, retail, and common areas.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures of the studio as needed.
- Support instructors and management with administrative tasks and studio operations.
- Address client concerns and feedback with empathy and efficiency.
- Actively engage with members to build community and foster a sense of belonging.

Preferred Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent; some college experience preferred.
