Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Google Ad Traffic Coordinator with a strong marketing focus to join our dynamic team. This is a 100% remote position. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and timely execution of Google Ads campaigns across various clients. You will manage the trafficking process, from creative asset collection and verification to campaign setup and launch within Google Ads platforms. Your expertise will directly contribute to the operational efficiency and success of our digital marketing initiatives, requiring a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the collection, organization, and verification of all necessary creative assets for Google Ads campaigns (display, video, search).
- Set up, traffic, and launch Google Ads campaigns, ensuring accurate targeting, budget allocation, and flight dates.
- Monitor campaign pacing and performance post-launch, identifying and resolving any trafficking issues promptly.
- Collaborate closely with media planners, strategists, and creative teams to ensure all campaign requirements are met.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams and external vendors regarding campaign status and deliverables.
- Implement and test tracking pixels and floodlights to ensure accurate data collection.
- Document trafficking procedures and best practices to contribute to continuous operational improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Google Ads features, policies, and industry best practices.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Shopping campaigns).
- Strong understanding of digital advertising concepts and campaign structures.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides).
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Google Ads Certifications (Search, Display, Video).
- Experience with ad-serving platforms (e.g., Campaign Manager 360, Sizmek).
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira).
