Job Description
Are you an observant individual with excellent communication skills looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity? BestMark is seeking a dedicated Phone Inquiry Mystery Shopper to join our remote team for morning shifts. In this role, you will play a crucial part in evaluating customer service and sales processes by anonymously contacting businesses via phone and reporting on your experience. This is a 100% remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from your home office. You will be responsible for making simulated customer inquiries to various businesses, assessing their phone etiquette, product knowledge, and problem-solving abilities. Your detailed feedback helps our clients enhance their customer interactions and improve overall service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct phone calls to assigned businesses as an anonymous customer.
- Follow specific scenarios and scripts provided for each shopping assignment.
- Evaluate customer service representatives based on predefined criteria, including professionalism, responsiveness, accuracy, and helpfulness.
- Ask targeted questions to assess product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Complete detailed online reports accurately and promptly after each interaction.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all assignments and client information.
- Meet deadlines for completing assignments and submitting reports.
Required Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong observational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English.
- Reliable internet access and a quiet home office environment.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and online reporting systems.
- High level of integrity and discretion.
