Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Identify customer needs and pain points through effective questioning and active listening.
- Present and articulate the value proposition of Concentrix's solutions to potential customers.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of sales leads and opportunities.
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Document all sales activities and customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
