Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Online Google Administrative Partner to join our dynamic team, focusing on startup support. In this 100% remote role, you will be instrumental in enabling the smooth operation and growth of various innovative startups within the Google ecosystem. This position requires a self-starter with exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of Google Workspace, and a passion for supporting entrepreneurial ventures. You will act as a central administrative hub, coordinating resources, managing communications, and ensuring projects stay on track, directly contributing to the success of our startup partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple startup founders and teams, focusing on operational efficiency.
- Manage and organize complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements (as needed, post-pandemic).
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications, drafting correspondence and handling inquiries.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents using Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Facilitate virtual meetings, including setting up agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items.
- Assist with project coordination, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are organized.
- Maintain organized digital files and records, ensuring easy accessibility and compliance.
- Onboard new startup partners to Capgemini's support systems and Google tools.
- Support event planning and coordination for startup workshops, webinars, or demo days.
- Proactively identify and implement administrative process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet).
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Prior experience working with or for startups, accelerators, or venture capital firms.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Experience supporting multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- Understanding of basic project coordination principles.
