Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Online Emotional Intelligence Lead to design, develop, and deliver cutting-edge EQ training programs. This role is crucial for enhancing the emotional intelligence capabilities of our employees and potentially our clients, fostering stronger leadership, better team collaboration, and improved individual performance. As an Online Emotional Intelligence Lead, you will be responsible for creating engaging virtual learning experiences, facilitating workshops, and measuring the impact of our EQ initiatives. This is a 100% remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive online emotional intelligence training curricula and modules.
- Facilitate engaging virtual workshops, webinars, and coaching sessions on various EQ topics for diverse audiences.
- Develop interactive learning materials, including presentations, exercises, assessments, and multimedia content.
- Collaborate with HR, L&D, and leadership teams to identify specific EQ development needs and tailor programs accordingly.
- Stay current with the latest research, methodologies, and best practices in emotional intelligence and adult learning.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, making data-driven improvements.
- Act as a subject matter expert and internal consultant on emotional intelligence, providing guidance and support to employees.
- Manage program logistics, including scheduling, technology setup, and participant communication.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and delivering emotional intelligence or soft skills training.
- Demonstrated expertise in emotional intelligence frameworks (e.g., Goleman, Bar-On) and practical application.
- Strong instructional design skills for virtual learning environments.
- Exceptional virtual facilitation and presentation abilities, with a proven track record of engaging online audiences.
- Proficiency with virtual collaboration tools and learning management systems (LMS).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, Adult Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Certification in Emotional Intelligence (e.g., EQ-i 2.0/EQ 360, MSCEIT, Genos EI).
- Experience with corporate training and development in a large, global organization.
- Background in coaching or leadership development.
- Proficiency in developing multimedia content for e-learning.
