Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process new stock and materials.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Scan and sort incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., hand trucks, pallet jacks) after proper training.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity targets.
- Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.
Required Skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting and moving packages up to 49 lbs.
- Basic understanding of English (reading and speaking).
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred, but not required for this entry-level role).
- Previous experience in a physically demanding role.
- Basic computer navigation skills.
