Job Description
Join our dedicated night team as a Night Replenishment Assistant in Stoke-on-Trent and play a crucial role in ensuring our store is fully stocked and ready for customers each morning. This vital position involves receiving, unloading, and stocking products efficiently and accurately, contributing to a smooth shopping experience. Key Responsibilities
- Unload deliveries and transport products to the sales floor.
- Efficiently and accurately stock shelves, ensuring products are faced up and correctly priced.
- Maintain a clean and organised backroom and sales floor during replenishment activities.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and store procedures.
- Operate manual handling equipment safely and responsibly.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily replenishment targets.
Required Skills
- Ability to work effectively during night shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and move stock regularly.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail or warehouse environment.
- Experience with manual handling equipment (e.g., pallet trucks).
