Job Description

We are seeking a highly articulate and empathetic individual to join our team as a Netflix Customer Liaison, specializing in written communication. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our members, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries exclusively through digital channels such as email, chat, and in-app messaging. This position requires a keen eye for detail, impeccable grammar, and the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. You will represent the Netflix brand with professionalism and a commitment to member satisfaction, ensuring every written interaction leaves a positive and lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to member inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and accurately via written communication channels (email, chat, in-app messages).
  • Provide comprehensive support regarding billing, technical troubleshooting, content inquiries, and account management.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering personalized and empathetic service.
  • Document all interactions and resolutions thoroughly in our internal systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and service level agreements.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new product features, service updates, and communication best practices.
  • Contribute to team knowledge base by identifying trends and suggesting improvements to written support materials.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional written communication and grammar skills in English (US English).
  • Strong ability to compose clear, concise, and empathetic messages.
  • Proficiency in using digital communication tools (email, chat platforms).
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • High level of patience, empathy, and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Comfortable navigating and utilizing various software applications simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a customer service or support role, particularly in a written-only capacity.
  • Familiarity with the Netflix platform and services.
  • Experience with CRM software and ticketing systems.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in challenging situations.
