Job Description

This unique opportunity allows you to immerse yourself in a vast library of content, applying specific metadata and tags that help shape the viewer experience on Netflix. As a Content Tagger, you will play a crucial role in ensuring content is easily discoverable and accurately categorized for millions of users worldwide. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the chance to work from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities
- Watch and meticulously analyze assigned Netflix content (movies, TV shows, documentaries).
- Apply accurate and consistent metadata tags based on predefined guidelines and taxonomies.
- Identify and categorize key narrative elements, genres, themes, tones, and visual characteristics.
- Ensure all tagging adheres to strict quality standards and project requirements.
- Collaborate with team leads to clarify guidelines and improve tagging efficiency.
- Maintain a high level of productivity and meet daily/weekly tagging quotas.
- Provide constructive feedback on content, tools, and processes as needed.
- Stay updated on Netflix content trends and viewer preferences to enhance tagging accuracy.
