Job Description
Virgin Pulse is seeking a passionate and innovative Music Wellness Coordinator with a corporate wellness focus to join our remote team. This is a unique opportunity to blend your expertise in music with a commitment to employee well-being, developing and implementing sound-based wellness programs for our diverse client base. This role is 100% remote, allowing you to contribute to a global mission from anywhere. You will be instrumental in integrating music and sound therapy principles into our comprehensive wellness platform, creating engaging content, and supporting clients in fostering a culture of holistic health through auditory experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, curate, and implement music and sound-based wellness programs for corporate clients.
- Research and identify effective music therapy techniques and soundscapes applicable to corporate well-being goals (e.g., stress reduction, focus enhancement, mindfulness).
- Create engaging content, including guided meditations, sound baths, playlists, and informational resources, tailored for various corporate settings.
- Collaborate with the broader wellness team to integrate music wellness into existing programs and initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support to clients on the effective utilization of music wellness resources.
- Monitor program effectiveness, gather feedback, and iterate on offerings to ensure maximum impact.
- Stay abreast of current research and trends in music therapy, sound healing, and corporate wellness.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in music wellness, music therapy, or sound healing.
- Strong understanding of the psychological and physiological effects of music.
- Excellent content creation and curation skills.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and engagingly.
- Proficiency with digital platforms and tools for content delivery.
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
- Demonstrated passion for health, wellness, and corporate well-being.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Music Therapy, Psychology, Public Health, or a related field.
- Certification in a recognized music therapy or sound healing modality.
- Experience working with corporate clients or in a B2B wellness setting.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or digital wellness platforms.
- Experience with audio editing software or recording techniques.
