Job Description

Are you a highly empathetic and inspiring individual with a proven track record in coaching and personal development? LHH is seeking a dedicated Mindset Mentor to join our Pasadena team. In this pivotal role, you will guide professionals through transformative journeys, helping them cultivate resilience, enhance self-awareness, and develop strategic thinking. You will work closely with our diverse clientele, providing personalized coaching to unlock their full potential and navigate career challenges with confidence. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one and group coaching sessions to professionals seeking mindset development and career advancement.
  • Develop and implement personalized growth plans tailored to individual client needs and career objectives.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions on topics such as emotional intelligence, resilience, goal setting, and stress management.
  • Utilize advanced coaching methodologies and psychological principles to foster positive behavioral change.
  • Track client progress, document interactions, and provide constructive feedback to ensure sustained development.
  • Collaborate with LHH's broader coaching and talent development teams to share best practices and enhance service offerings.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional coaching ethics and standards.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional coaching or mentorship experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Nationally recognized coaching certification (e.g., ICF, BCC, EMCC) is highly preferred and qualifies for the sign-on bonus.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and build strong rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and change management strategies.
  • Proficiency in using coaching tools and assessment instruments.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, Counseling, or related discipline.
  • Experience working with corporate clients or in a professional services environment.
  • Familiarity with digital coaching platforms and virtual facilitation tools.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering engaging training programs.
