Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and a proactive approach, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Process payments, maintain accurate guest records, and balance daily transactions.
  • Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately, providing information and making reservations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in basic computer operations and ability to learn new software.
