Job Description

Hilton Hotels & Resorts in Salford is urgently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Kitchen Porters to join our vibrant culinary team. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen, scullery, and food storage areas.
- Operate dishwashers and ensure all kitchen equipment, crockery, and cutlery are thoroughly cleaned.
- Assist with the storage and rotation of food supplies, ensuring proper stock management.
- Support chefs and kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks when required.
- Empty bins and dispose of waste responsibly.
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors regularly.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by kitchen management.
Required Skills
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

- Basic understanding of hygiene and cleanliness standards.
