Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to assigned executives, including calendar management and scheduling of virtual meetings.

  • Organize and maintain digital files and records, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with data policies.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements as needed, including itineraries and expense reports.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Assist with special projects and research initiatives, gathering data and compiling information.
  • Monitor and process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents with precision.
  • Facilitate communication across departments, ensuring timely dissemination of information.
