Job Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Design Pinterest Curator with a strong focus on home decor to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for curating and managing our Pinterest presence, driving engagement, and showcasing Ethan Allen’s unique design aesthetic and product offerings. You will identify emerging trends, create visually stunning content, and grow our online community, positioning Ethan Allen as a premier destination for interior design inspiration.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Pinterest strategy aligned with brand goals and marketing campaigns.
- Curate and manage multiple Pinterest boards, ensuring fresh, inspiring, and on-brand content related to interior design, home decor, furniture, and styling.
- Design and create visually appealing pins, including static images, infographics, and short video clips, utilizing a strong understanding of graphic design principles.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and optimize pin descriptions, titles, and alt text to maximize search visibility and organic reach.
- Monitor Pinterest trends, competitor activity, and best practices to inform content strategy and innovation.
- Engage with the Pinterest community, respond to comments, and foster a strong brand presence.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and promote new collections and design services.
- Analyze Pinterest performance data, generate reports, and provide insights to continuously improve strategy and achieve engagement and traffic goals.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in social media management, specifically with Pinterest for a brand or business.
- Strong understanding of interior design principles, home decor styles, and current trends.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for creating compelling visual content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategy accordingly.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Interior Design, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience with Pinterest Analytics and other social media measurement tools.
- A portfolio demonstrating successful Pinterest curation or visual content creation.
