Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and discreet Hotel Mystery Auditor to join our quality assurance team. This unique role involves traveling to various luxury hotel properties, conducting incognito evaluations of services, facilities, and guest experiences. You will provide detailed, objective feedback to ensure our luxury brands consistently meet and exceed our stringent quality standards. This is a thrilling opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail, excellent observational skills, and a passion for luxury hospitality. Key Responsibilities
- Perform incognito audits of assigned luxury hotel properties, evaluating all aspects of the guest experience from booking to check-out.
- Assess front desk services, room cleanliness and amenities, dining experiences, spa services, recreational facilities, and staff professionalism.
- Document observations thoroughly and objectively using standardized reporting tools and forms.
- Identify areas of excellence and opportunities for improvement in service delivery and property standards.
- Provide constructive, detailed, and actionable feedback to management post-audit, maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Adhere to audit schedules and travel requirements, submitting reports within specified deadlines.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and anonymity throughout the audit process.
Required Skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Ability to adapt quickly to diverse environments and situations
