Job Description

Premier Inn in Wrexham is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Hotel Housekeepers / Room Attendants. No previous experience is necessary as full training will be provided. If you have a keen eye for detail, a positive attitude, and are committed to creating a welcoming environment for our guests, we want to hear from you. This role is crucial to ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and memorable stay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and prepare guest rooms to the highest standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
  • Replenish guest room supplies, such as toiletries, towels, and linen.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
  • Handle guest requests and queries politely and efficiently.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in common areas, corridors, and linen closets.
  • Manage laundry, ensuring a steady supply of clean linen and towels.
