Job Description
Are you looking for an opportunity to kickstart your career in the hospitality industry? Premier Inn in Wrexham is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Hotel Housekeepers / Room Attendants. No previous experience is necessary as full training will be provided. If you have a keen eye for detail, a positive attitude, and are committed to creating a welcoming environment for our guests, we want to hear from you. This role is crucial to ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and memorable stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms to the highest standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Replenish guest room supplies, such as toiletries, towels, and linen.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
- Handle guest requests and queries politely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in common areas, corridors, and linen closets.
- Manage laundry, ensuring a steady supply of clean linen and towels.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform duties that require bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
