Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including sorting, loading, unloading, and scanning packages.
- Lead and motivate a team of package handlers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor workflow and efficiency, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, promoting a culture of safety.
- Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching and development to existing staff.
- Assist with scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions as needed.
- Collaborate with management to achieve operational goals and contribute to strategic planning.
- Prepare daily reports on productivity, safety metrics, and operational incidents.
- Participate actively in management training programs and mentorship opportunities.
Required Skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, often on your feet for extended periods.
- Basic computer proficiency for data entry and report generation.

Preferred Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar operational environment.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).
