Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Shift Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met at all times.
- Supervise and train team members during shifts.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness.
- Manage cash handling and point-of-sale systems.
- Help resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
- Support inventory management and stock rotation.
- Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
- Implement company policies and procedures.
- Prepare and serve menu items accurately and efficiently.
