Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Event Ushers to join our casual weekend team, working across major stadiums and event venues in the Wesley Chapel area. As an Event Usher, you will be the face of our events, responsible for ensuring a positive, safe, and enjoyable experience for all attendees. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival and assist them with finding their seats and navigating the venue.
- Provide accurate information regarding event schedules, venue facilities, and emergency procedures.
- Actively monitor assigned sections for safety hazards, guest misconduct, or any issues requiring attention.
- Enforce venue policies and procedures consistently and courteously.
- Assist guests with special needs, including accessibility seating and accommodations.
- Work collaboratively with event staff, security, and medical personnel to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and provide solutions with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Support evacuation procedures and crowd control as directed by supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area within your assigned section.
Required Skills

- Ability to remain calm and effective in fast-paced and high-pressure environments.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and navigate stairs.
- Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by event schedules.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or event-based roles.
- Knowledge of stadium layouts or large event venues.
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.
- First Aid or CPR certification (desirable but not mandatory).
