Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Safely and accurately receive, store, and distribute products within the distribution centre.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) after receiving appropriate training and certification.
- Pick and pack orders according to established procedures and quality standards.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve operational goals.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as required.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy items regularly (up to 50 lbs / 23 kg).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is an asset but not required.
- Forklift certification is an asset but not required – training will be provided.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
