Job Description
We are urgently seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher / Kitchen Steward to join our culinary team in Orem, Utah. This is an immediate start position, perfect for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
- Operate commercial dishwashing equipment efficiently and safely.
- Wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment by hand or machine.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area, kitchen, and storage areas.
- Assist with basic food prep tasks as needed, such as washing vegetables or portioning ingredients.
- Support kitchen staff by ensuring a constant supply of clean dishes and equipment.
- Dispose of trash and recycling properly.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company standards.
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors regularly.
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries.
- Report any maintenance issues or broken equipment to management immediately.
Required Skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail regarding cleanliness and sanitation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
- Understanding of basic kitchen operations and safety procedures.

- Previous experience in a dishwashing or kitchen support role.
