Job Description

As a Customer Success Scribe at Palantir, focusing on our innovative platforms, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our client’s journey by translating complex technical information and success stories into clear, concise, and engaging written content. This 100% remote position requires an individual with exceptional writing skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for technology and customer advocacy. You will work closely with Customer Success Managers, product teams, and clients to document best practices, create compelling case studies, develop comprehensive knowledge base articles, and refine client-facing communications. Your work will directly contribute to improving client adoption, satisfaction, and long-term success with Palantir’s cutting-edge solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate complex technical concepts and client success stories into easily understandable documentation, case studies, and articles.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base, FAQ sections, and user guides for Palantir's platforms.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to identify client needs and opportunities for content creation that enhances their product experience.
  • Draft and refine client-facing communications, including onboarding materials, newsletters, and product update announcements.
  • Conduct interviews with subject matter experts and clients to gather information and validate content accuracy.
  • Ensure all written materials adhere to brand guidelines, tone of voice, and quality standards.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of content, making data-driven improvements to optimize clarity and impact.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with a strong portfolio of writing samples.
  • Proficiency in translating complex technical information into accessible and engaging content.
  • Familiarity with Customer Success principles and the client lifecycle.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and documentation tools.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical writing, content creation, or a similar role, ideally within a tech or SaaS company.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer success platforms.
  • Understanding of data analytics concepts or experience working with big data platforms.
  • Experience creating multimedia content (e.g., video scripts, infographics).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
