Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Corporate Office Porter with a professional administrative focus to join our team in Peterborough. This stable full-time position is essential for maintaining the smooth operation and professional appearance of our corporate office. The successful candidate will be a proactive individual who takes pride in ensuring a clean, organised, and efficient workspace, while also providing valuable support to our administrative functions. Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of common areas, meeting rooms, and office facilities.
  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of meeting rooms for various events and conferences.
  • Manage internal mail distribution and external parcel deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate handling.
  • Provide practical support to administrative staff, including moving office equipment, furniture, and supplies.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies, stationery, and kitchen provisions.
  • Perform minor maintenance tasks and report any larger facility issues to the appropriate department.
  • Act as a professional and courteous point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, offering assistance as needed.
