Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and meticulous Corporate Gift Shopper to join our team for the busy holiday season. This temporary role is crucial in helping our corporate clients find the perfect gifts for their employees, partners, and customers. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, selecting suitable products from our extensive range, ensuring immaculate presentation, and coordinating logistics for timely delivery. This is an on-site role that requires a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service during our peak period.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with corporate clients to understand their gifting requirements, budget, and brand guidelines.
- Curate personalized gift selections from the diverse John Lewis & Partners product portfolio.
- Ensure all gifts are beautifully wrapped and presented to the highest standards, reflecting the John Lewis brand.
- Manage inventory and track gift selections for multiple corporate orders.
- Coordinate with in-store teams and external delivery services to ensure timely and accurate dispatch.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the gifting process.
- Process orders and payments accurately.
- Provide expert advice on product features, quality, and suitability for various recipients.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, especially regarding data privacy and client confidentiality.
