Job Description

Join the dynamic team at Live Nation Entertainment as a Casual Hire Concert Ticket Taker for our major venues in Fresno, CA. As a Ticket Taker, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable entry experience at various concerts and events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately scan and verify tickets for entry into the venue, ensuring all guests have valid admission.
  • Provide clear directions and information to guests regarding seating, restrooms, concessions, and other venue amenities.
  • Maintain a friendly, professional, and welcoming demeanor towards all attendees, enhancing their event experience.
  • Identify and report any suspicious tickets, unauthorized entry attempts, or security concerns to supervisors immediately.
  • Assist with crowd management and flow during peak entry times, ensuring safety and efficiency.
  • Adhere to all venue policies and procedures, including safety regulations, emergency protocols, and company guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively with other event staff, including security, ushers, and concessions, to ensure seamless operations.
