Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior producers in the planning, execution, and delivery of creative projects, including digital content, video, and integrated campaigns.
- Support daily project coordination tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and distributing notes.
- Learn to manage and organize creative assets, ensuring proper version control and accessibility for team members.
- Facilitate communication between creative teams, account managers, and external vendors to ensure seamless project flow.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables, proactively identifying potential roadblocks and assisting in solutions.
- Contribute to maintaining high standards of quality and brand consistency across all creative outputs.
- Actively participate in training sessions and seek opportunities for continuous learning and professional development.
