Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Cloakroom Attendant to join our dynamic team for evening shifts. This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless and elegant experience for our guests attending various events and social gatherings. You will be the friendly face that welcomes and assists guests with their personal belongings, maintaining order and security in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet guests upon arrival and assist with storing coats, bags, and other personal items in the cloakroom.
  • Issue claim tickets accurately and efficiently, ensuring correct retrieval of items.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and security of the cloakroom area.
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Assist guests with directions or general information about the venue when needed.
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure smooth event operations.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
