Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and focused individual to join our production team as a Bottle Filler for our cosmetics line. This entry-level position involves operating and monitoring automated machinery that fills cosmetic bottles. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to follow clear instructions, and committed to maintaining high standards of quality and safety. This is a simple, automated task role perfect for someone looking to start their career in manufacturing within a supportive and dynamic environment. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor automated bottle filling machines according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure cosmetic bottles are correctly positioned on the production line for filling and capping.
  • Perform visual inspections of filled products for quality control, checking for proper fill levels, seal integrity, and label placement.
  • Replenish supplies of empty bottles and caps as needed during production runs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to strict hygiene and safety protocols.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions, quality issues, or safety concerns to a supervisor immediately.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures related to product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient production flow.
