Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pull automotive parts from warehouse shelves based on order sheets.
- Verify part numbers and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse, ensuring items are stored safely and efficiently.
- Assist with receiving incoming shipments, checking for discrepancies, and stocking shelves.
- Operate material handling equipment safely, such as pallet jacks, after receiving proper training.
- Prepare orders for delivery or customer pickup, ensuring all items are properly packed.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize workflow and resolve any issues.
Required Skills
- Ability to read and interpret order forms and part numbers accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills for inventory lookup and order processing (training provided).
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, retail, or automotive environment.
- Familiarity with automotive parts (a plus, but not required for this training position).
- Experience operating a pallet jack or forklift (certification not required for entry).
