Job Description

Hobbycraft in Romford is looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Art Supplies Store Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be the go-to expert for our customers, providing guidance, product recommendations, and excellent service. You’ll work in a dynamic retail environment, surrounded by inspiring materials and a team of fellow creatives. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product inquiries and recommendations.
- Offer expert advice on a wide range of art supplies, techniques, and projects.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the till point.
- Maintain a tidy, organised, and visually appealing store environment, including shelving and display areas.
- Assist with stock replenishment, ensuring products are readily available.
- Participate in store events, workshops, and demonstrations to engage the local community.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team atmosphere.
